About the role

  • Lead operations by optimizing processes to increase efficiency and profitability, and closely align strategy and execution with teams and other departments.
  • Lead and manage teams by supporting individual skill development and embodying leadership to foster strong collective momentum.
  • Oversee and optimize budget and resource management, ensuring compliance with allocated budgets while guaranteeing smooth, structured production.
  • Improve the quality and efficiency of events by streamlining processes, innovating, and monitoring KPIs.
  • Identify and anticipate risks to ensure every event runs safely.
  • Ensure compliance and fulfillment of commitments to deliver smooth, successful projects.
  • Act as the strategic liaison for key clients and develop innovative partnerships.
  • Coordinate vendors and suppliers to deliver flawless events that exceed expectations.
  • Maintain continuous market monitoring and integrate trends and technological innovations in the Event/Communications sector to keep Brainsonic Live at the forefront of solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in operations management within the events industry
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale projects
  • Strong team management skills
  • Expertise in budgeting, resource and cost management
  • Competence in risk management and compliance
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills and sound decision-making ability
  • Fluent English
