About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the systems and day-to-day operations of the commercial team, freeing sales reps to focus primarily on selling.
- Build logic and automations that remove bottlenecks and surface better insight into BD activity through automated quotes and contracts, email sequences, reporting, and pricing structures.
- Partner with our accounting team to ensure invoicing goes out on time and client payments are collected, and continuously look for ways to streamline the process.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact between BD and Marketing, making sure commercial requests are fulfilled.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between BD and Product, keeping requests moving and aligned.
- Stay on top of the latest tools and insights that could bring value to the commercial team, and bring them in.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a similar role supporting a commercial or BD team.
- Hands-on experience administering and automating CRM workflows, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong process orientation and a bias for removing friction; you spot bottlenecks and fix them without being asked.
- Comfort working across accounting, marketing, and product functions, and translating between them.
- Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to deliver independently in a remote environment.
