About the role
- Perform product tests and document results
- Actively participate in sensory bread testing according to the DLG scheme
- Support incoming goods inspection for raw materials and packaging materials
- Conduct microbiological checks in production
- Process sample requests
- Prepare analyses and reports
- Maintain the QMS (quality management system) and assist in implementing quality standards
- Assist with external and internal audits as well as hygiene inspections
- Handle quality-related projects
Requirements
- Degree in Nutritional Science (Ökotrophology) or Food Technology, or equivalent vocational qualification
- 2–3 years' professional experience in food production
- Knowledge of certification standards (IFS) and HACCP
- Good MS Office and SAP skills
- Practical, hands-on approach combined with scientific understanding
- Ability to act responsibly and work independently
- Proactive and communicative personality
