Import Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the operational process of maritime import shipments
- Monitor cargo to ensure arrival at its final destination
- Perform follow-ups with clients
- Verify documents such as MBL, HBL and CE Mercante
- Update internal systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Previous experience in freight forwarding
- Knowledge of the Headsoft system is desirable
