About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations for a $15M, multi-site organization
  • Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies
  • Oversee the effective use of financial systems and their intersection across the organization
  • Develop budget projections and conduct budget scenario planning
  • Manage the annual financial audit, and all required state and federal reporting
  • Prepare monthly financial statements including budget to actuals, forecasts and cash flow
  • Coordinate with COFO in managing annual budget planning process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and work authorization required
  • 7 - 10 years of finance management and leadership experience
  • Strong analytic and problem - solving skills to drive continuous improvement
