Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D. with strong academic credentials and admission to practice in New York
- 5+ years of direct nonprofit corporate transactional experience
- Experience handling nonprofit governance, contracts, and corporate matters as a core part of their practice
- Ability to step into client matters with minimal ramp-up and limited training
- A genuine commitment to mission-driven work and building a long-term role with the Firm.
