Key responsibilities & impact

Support and continuous development of the system environment in a Microsoft client-server environment
Support our IT team in managing the network infrastructure
Implementation of IT projects and IT-supported projects with internal key users and external partners
1st and 2nd level user support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
Setup and updates of workstations including peripherals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or an equivalent qualification
Knowledge of virtualization with VMware
Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
