About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and continuous development of the system environment in a Microsoft client-server environment
  • Support our IT team in managing the network infrastructure
  • Implementation of IT projects and IT-supported projects with internal key users and external partners
  • 1st and 2nd level user support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
  • Setup and updates of workstations including peripherals
  • System security, software deployment, and update management
  • Documentation and inventory of IT systems and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration) or an equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of virtualization with VMware
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 client and Windows Server (2012 and later)
  • Flexible working style and the ability to actively contribute to problem solving
  • Team player
