About the role
- Implementation of projects to support plant management for process optimization or capacity expansion
- Documentation, coordination and control of project workflows, ensuring adherence to the project schedule in close coordination with plant management
- Preparation of production data as input for projects, quality management and executive management
- Monthly evaluation of productivity metrics and KPIs
- Analysis and further development of processes in the plant, across the entire value chain and in collaboration with all departments
Requirements
- Relevant technical vocational qualification with further training as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Strong technical, technological and commercial understanding
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Good German and English language skills
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work in a team
- High quality awareness and process-oriented thinking and approach
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability and assertiveness
