About the role
- Independent management and execution of industrialization projects up to series-production readiness
- Preparation and review of schedule and cost plans
- Investment and plant planning in support of production management
- Identification of improvement potentials and calculation of their economic viability according to the continuous improvement (CIP/KVP) principle
- Analysis and optimization of processes and production methods (organizational, technological and safety-related) — application of 5S methodology and Lean approaches
Requirements
- Relevant technical vocational training and further qualification as a technician/master craftsman (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Very good technical, technological and commercial understanding
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Good German and English language skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work well in a team
- High quality awareness and process-oriented thinking and acting
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability and assertiveness
- Willingness to be based primarily at the Hallenberg-Hesborn / Medebach site
