About the role
- Provide advice and support to our customers via telephone and email
- Support Key Account Managers and participate in project teams
- Prepare and assist with contract negotiations and closings
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows
- Perform competitor and market analyses of the independent aftermarket (IAM)
- Collaborate with testing and inspection organizations
- Monitor product-related KPIs
- General administrative tasks
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Some professional experience in the automotive sector desirable
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Confident user of MS Office
- Reliability, flexibility, strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to organize independently and work in a structured manner
- Quick learner with a high level of commitment and willingness to learn
