About the role
- Active participation in SAP projects
- Support for SAP-integrated business processes in Sales and Shipping
- Consulting and support for business units in expanding SAP/SD processes
- Organization and coordination of customizing and development requests
- Administration and customizing of SAP applications in the SAP SD module
- Central maintenance of customer master data and communication data in SAP
- Creation of process documentation and training materials
Requirements
- Completed commercial or IT vocational training with additional business administration or (business) information technology qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience as an SD Key User or comparable qualification
- Solid knowledge of the SAP SD module, including customizing
- Basic knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (MM/FI)
- Extensive knowledge of sales and shipping processes
- Ideally: prior experience with SAP integration WSW SPEEDI and programming skills in ABAP
- Conceptual and analytical thinking
- Good written and spoken English
- Independent and structured working style
- Willingness to travel of approx. 20%
