About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive EVM Operations from the program finance cost control perspective
facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra
collaborate directly with the Project Scheduler and work closely with a variety of project management personnel
support program planning and startup activities
establish budget targets with CAMs/PMs
create program Control Account and Work Package structure
import schedule and resource data into EVM Cost Tool
facilitate monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities
assess Estimate at Completions (EACs)
conduct data validation and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks
support Variance Analysis
instill appropriate change management and control principles

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in a professional program finance or cost control role
Experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and IPMR or IPMDAR Deliverables
Experience with EVM software applications such as Deltek Cobra
Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting
Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to pay strict attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
