About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • drive EVM Operations from the program finance cost control perspective
  • facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra
  • collaborate directly with the Project Scheduler and work closely with a variety of project management personnel
  • support program planning and startup activities
  • establish budget targets with CAMs/PMs
  • create program Control Account and Work Package structure
  • import schedule and resource data into EVM Cost Tool
  • facilitate monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities
  • assess Estimate at Completions (EACs)
  • conduct data validation and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks
  • support Variance Analysis
  • instill appropriate change management and control principles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a professional program finance or cost control role
  • Experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements and IPMR or IPMDAR Deliverables
  • Experience with EVM software applications such as Deltek Cobra
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting
  • Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree
