Key responsibilities & impact

provide mechanical engineering review, coordination, and oversight for operations, maintenance, repair, and construction work
oversee and coordinate activities with trade shops
plan, conduct, and direct projects or major phases of significant projects
manage project design or construction efforts
manage and evaluate construction contractor performance
integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel
provide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction issues
ensure timely input of all data, comments, and documentation into the MAXIMO software

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a facilities professional
2+ years of experience in an assigned field, including mechanical systems or construction
experience with the implementation or execution of design documents
experience reviewing design documentation and identifying deficiencies
ability to evaluate conditions and draft engineering memos
ability to review and perform engineering calculations
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
