About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You are the primary point of contact for our customers in Germany
- You create personalized assortment plans and orders for our customers and ensure that employees find exactly what they like
- You assist in coordinating deliveries and installations and help find quick, pragmatic solutions for our customers
- You support our team with exciting topics such as the launch of new menus and products and communicate these persuasively to our customers
- You support the commercial and operations teams in the successful rollout of the concept in Germany with additional tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- You speak fluent German and ideally also English
- Ideally you already have experience in customer care
- You work proactively, independently, and flexibly, and you find solution-oriented approaches even in challenging situations
- Multitasking and taking ownership of your work are among your greatest strengths
- Your enthusiasm is contagious — you bring positive energy to the team
- You love good food and drink — and enjoy sharing that passion with others
