About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You are the primary point of contact for our customers in Germany
  • You create personalized assortment plans and orders for our customers and ensure that employees find exactly what they like
  • You assist in coordinating deliveries and installations and help find quick, pragmatic solutions for our customers
  • You support our team with exciting topics such as the launch of new menus and products and communicate these persuasively to our customers
  • You support the commercial and operations teams in the successful rollout of the concept in Germany with additional tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You speak fluent German and ideally also English
  • Ideally you already have experience in customer care
  • You work proactively, independently, and flexibly, and you find solution-oriented approaches even in challenging situations
  • Multitasking and taking ownership of your work are among your greatest strengths
  • Your enthusiasm is contagious — you bring positive energy to the team
  • You love good food and drink — and enjoy sharing that passion with others
