About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are the primary point of contact for our customers in Germany
You create personalized assortment plans and orders for our customers and ensure that employees find exactly what they like
You assist in coordinating deliveries and installations and help find quick, pragmatic solutions for our customers
You support our team with exciting topics such as the launch of new menus and products and communicate these persuasively to our customers
You support the commercial and operations teams in the successful rollout of the concept in Germany with additional tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need

You speak fluent German and ideally also English
Ideally you already have experience in customer care
You work proactively, independently, and flexibly, and you find solution-oriented approaches even in challenging situations
Multitasking and taking ownership of your work are among your greatest strengths
Your enthusiasm is contagious — you bring positive energy to the team
You love good food and drink — and enjoy sharing that passion with others
