- Provide direct clinical supervision and performance evaluations of staff
- Ensure competency requirements are met
- Perform in-home supervisory visits
- Monitor staff assignments, caseloads, and productivity

Requirements
- Registered Professional Nurse
- Two (2) years experience as a RN in community health/home health program
- CPR certification
- 1-2 years experience supervising clinicians in a Home Health Agency
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- In-depth understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation
