About the role
- Set up services for new clients: talk with them, understand needs, coordinate international bookkeepers. Be high-level accounting resource to bookkeepers, manage client communication and expectations, build trusted advisor relationship. Supervise ongoing services and support bookkeepers. Opportunities to specialize: only new service set-up, only ongoing supervision, industry-specific, Controller/CFO services, management.
Requirements
- Experienced. Handled accounting for multiple companies. Possible titles: Controller, Finance Manager, Full Charge Bookkeeper, Director of Accounting, VP of Finance, CFO, Senior Accountant. Management experience valuable. Hands-on experience with QuickBooks. Ideally worked with several clients simultaneously. Degrees in accounting common but not required. CPA and/or ProAdvisor a plus. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent professional communication skills. Perfectly fluent in English (written and spoken). Adept with computers and quick to learn systems and tools. Excel expertise preferred. QuickBooks Online or Desktop experience required. Experience with Xero or NetSuite helpful.
