About the role
- Design, write, and execute test cases (manual and/or automated).
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements.
- Validate bug fixes, regression tests, and ensure quality standards before release on our web application.
- Support release cycles by running acceptance testing.
- Provide feedback on usability, performance, and edge cases.
- Be in charge of documenting our UAT and working with SDET on necessary automation.
- Has shipped software using an established software process (Agile, Kanban, etc).
Requirements
- 8 to 10 Years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience in manual and automation testing (UI and functional).
- Proven expertise in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Management.
- Experience in QA migration projects — such as moving from QC to TestRail or similar tools.
- Proficiency in TestRail or Zephyr (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with a UAT test tool (PractiTest, Zephyr, TestRail).
