Requirements

What you’ll need

3 + years of experience in commercial construction projects
OSHA 30 certification (recommended)
Reading and comprehending complex documents, work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Procore
