About the role
- Join bonify, Germany’s leading platform for credit scoring and financial management. As a Product Designer at Bonify, you'll take full ownership of core product experiences—leading initiatives that directly improve how people understand and manage their credit and finances. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role: you’ll define the problem, shape the solution, own the design process, and ship meaningful features across web and mobile. Contribute to the design of AI-powered tools and features that help users make smarter financial decisions with more clarity, personalization, and confidence. Design high-quality, accessible experiences across platforms (mobile & desktop). Translate user needs and data insights into elegant, practical solutions. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, research, and growth teams. Own and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability. Drive accessibility and inclusivity across all user touchpoints. Continuously raise the bar through critique, feedback, and iteration.
Requirements
- Has 4–6 years of experience designing digital products in fast-paced environments Can demonstrate a strong track record of shipped product design work that has had measurable impact Has experience building or scaling a design system Brings relentless attention to craft, usability, and interaction details Works fast, smart, and independently—with a strong sense of ownership Thinks in systems and has experience designing across mobile and web platforms Is proficient in Figma (libraries, autolayout, variants, prototyping) Has a growth mindset—actively seeks feedback, learning, and improvement Is passionate about accessibility and designing for everyone Speaks German at a native level (C2) and works fluently in English (C2)
