About the role

  • Identify new business opportunities: actively acquire customers using a database, advise hospitality businesses on our products and sustainable services, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Implement and develop sales strategies: together with management, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Proactive customer consulting: based on product training, you will present our products and services to potential customers and support contract negotiations. In close collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Product Development and Customer Support, you will provide tailored solutions based on specific customer requirements.
  • Digital sales support: you will benefit from using state-of-the-art CRM solutions that provide an efficient and structured overview of your sales activities. The availability of detailed reports enables you to make informed decisions, optimize your sales portfolio, and respond proactively to trends.

Requirements

  • You enjoy interacting with people and demonstrate strong communication skills.
  • Initial experience in sales, promotion or field sales is a strong advantage.
  • You have a basic understanding of the gastronomy and hotel sectors and can empathize with the challenges faced by hospitality operators.
  • You share a commitment to continuous improvement and appreciate a dynamic work environment that requires quick adaptation to changing conditions.
  • You want to grow with a company and have the ability to develop and implement long-term sales strategies.
  • You feel comfortable working in the field and enjoy visiting customers on-site.
