- 5+ years of experience in product, analytics, or another data-driven discipline
- 2+ years directly shaping platform, infrastructure, or internal tooling products
- strong analytical instincts
- experience with martech systems
- understanding modern community tech ecosystems
- fluent in engineering discussions about APIs, data pipelines, telemetry
- ability to balance competing stakeholder needs
- strong relationship-building skills across disciplines
- respect and collaboration with design
