About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Tier 1–2 help desk support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Manage IT tickets and service requests
  • Support the deployment of desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Vendor support and troubleshooting of office and warehouse technical equipment
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of help desk or desktop support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 support
  • Basic knowledge of user account management
