About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain accurate client, clinical and billing records for 88 homes within a regulated environment
- Review and analyse information to prepare resident agreements and update database records in a fast-paced, high-volume workflow
- Process admissions, discharges and transfers using Epicor, NeRA, Microsoft CRM and internal systems
- Monitor dashboards, prioritise tasks and ensure documentation is complete and compliant
- Deliver timely, accurate processing to support a smooth resident onboarding experience
- Keep records up to date for audits, reporting and regulatory requirements
- Adapt quickly to changing systems, rules and legislation across the aged care sector
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Skilled in high-volume data entry across multiple systems with fast, accurate typing
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to follow detailed processes
- Strong attention to detail with confidence identifying errors and inconsistencies
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused, able to build positive internal stakeholder relationships
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and able to learn new software quickly
- Able to work independently, make sound decisions and manage competing priorities
- Experience in admissions, contract administration, aged care, health, finance, legal admin or related fields is highly valued
