About the role
- Source, identify, and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing platforms).
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assessing both skills and motivation using a consultative approach.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines to ensure a steady flow of high-quality talent.
- Partner with senior recruiters, internal teams, and clients to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS platforms (Greenhouse or similar).
- Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities.
- Continuously learn and adopt new sourcing strategies, outreach methods, and recruiting best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or related roles; internships or project experience is considered.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal teams.
- Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, social media, or ATS platforms is a plus, but training is provided.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and excited to develop a career in recruiting and client-facing talent acquisition.
