About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Quality assurance of online shops & international customer support
- Consultative support for assortment optimization
- You create compelling copy for sales-oriented emails, ads, landing pages and video sales letters
- You conceptualize content for marketing campaigns and sales funnels
- Creating artworks with Illustrator & Photoshop
- Writing keyword-optimized sales copy for online shops and marketplaces
- Development and implementation of your own product campaigns
- Managing and maintaining social media channels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, Linguistics or a related field
- Good knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator
- Experience writing product, brand and category copy
- Affinity for trends and developments in social media, eCommerce, online marketing, web and mobile
- Ability to fully empathize with customers and understand their needs
- Attractive writing style and the ability to craft concise headlines with ease
- Some experience writing customer- and benefit-oriented copy
- A communicative and creative personality with strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills combined with strong implementation ability
- Excellent written and spoken German; additional languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese) are advantageous
