Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to feasibility studies, site analyses and use concepts
Support the coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
Prepare decision-making documents and presentations, and monitor relevant project parameters
Prepare and document workshops
Participate in proposal preparation and in the further development of our service portfolio in development management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in urban planning, architecture, real estate management, geography, civil engineering or a related field.
Initial practical experience in urban or district development, project development or real estate consulting is an advantage.
Understanding of urban planning, economic and organizational development interrelationships.
Excellent German language skills (min. C1/C2) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Very good MS Office skills, confident presentation skills and a structured way of working.
