Provide service support for safety, security, and crises impacting CAA facilities, personnel, and operations globally
Manage access control, badging, parking access, and decommissioning users; maintain accurate access control levels
Verify, input, process, print, and maintain all badging and access control information; generate occupancy and access reports
Coordinate and assist with security camera and video management systems, alarms, and related technologies
Serve as front-facing representative for Security & Safety team and primary contact for access control troubleshooting and emergency issues
Coordinate with HR, IT/Tech, Facilities Operations, and building management on security-related tasks
Review and analyze intelligence data feeds; collaborate with Intelligence team to interpret threat data and develop messaging to local leadership
Support emergency management by coordinating responses to major incidents, crafting communications, and assisting in Incident Assessment Team activation
Requirements
2-4 years relevant experience and/or education in roles related to operations, tech, security, etc.
Experience with Genetec or other security technology hardware and software
Experience with security camera systems and operations
Project management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED)
Strong teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to work Thursday - Sunday, 6pm - 6am (12-hour shifts), including overtime
