About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Integrate program, customer, product and program strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions
  • Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
  • Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management
  • Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

  • Travel less than 10% expected
  • Work 100% onsite on 1st shift at one of the listed locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Management
  • More than 10 years of experience in Microsoft Office
  • More than 10 years of experience with supplier contracts and negotiations
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required for the security clearance
  • Ability to meet U.S. export control compliance requirements as a “U.S. Person”
  • Must live in the immediate area or relocate at own expense
  • U.S. Person status required: U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
  • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
  • Drug and alcohol testing may apply
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred, but not required
  • Experience in contracts and proposals preferred
  • Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations preferred
  • Experience negotiating price and schedule with suppliers and customers preferred
  • Experience using SAP software preferred
