About the role
- Lead a team of full lifecycle recruiters and sourcers
- Act as the central talent acquisition point of contact for Puget Sound business and HR leaders
- Manage the design, implementation and administration of policies, processes, and tools to support staffing activities, including sourcing, job posting, selection and placement
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Develop and implement innovative and proactive talent acquisition plans and strategies
- Create and maintain pipelines of candidates that are rich in talent
- Create a culture of listening, speaking up and providing feedback across the team
- Partner with key stakeholders to proactively understand workforce planning and forecasting activities to consistently deliver results against the business’s hiring plan
- Establish strong relationships across the business, provide strategic guidance and make recommendations to leaders to enhance the acquisition of talent through data driven insights and market research
- Provide special care to candidate flow and the health of candidate pipelines
- Seek continuous improvement to candidates, hiring leaders and recruiters experiences as well as the hiring process and the way we work
- Set high expectations for team performance and ensure exceptional candidate and customer experience
- Partner with third party vendors to support an internal recruiting team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition processes
- 5+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role within Talent Acquisition
- 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
- 1+ years of experience working with project management skills, and ability to drive performance to plan and results
