Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to work full-time for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027
  • Currently enrolled at a college or university
  • Expected graduation date on or after August 2027
  • Strong academic performance, with GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
  • Passion for the aerospace industry and interest in a Boeing career preferred
  • Some positions require a “US Person” under 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 for Export Control compliance
  • Employer will not sponsor employment visa status
  • Post-offer applicants and employees may be subject to drug and alcohol testing when policy criteria are met
  • Security clearance is not required
