About the role

- Support Global Real Estate and Facilities maintenance of Boeing buildings and infrastructure
- Receive, validate, and log facilities service requests
- Meet customers, evaluate requests, create tactical plans, define requirements, and identify design options
- Compile headcount and business-plan data for forecasting
- Manage site assets and develop scenarios with scope, schedule, and budget alternatives
- Develop and communicate proposals to stakeholders
- Respond to customer requests related to buildings, equipment, and systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and research for programs or projects
- Analyze data on buildings, equipment, systems, processes, and procedures and implement improvements
- Gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, support security assessments, develop implementation plans, and support facilities technology deployments
- Analyze and improve operational workflows and present input on business objectives
- Maintain program, customer, supplier, and compliance status data
- Assist with research, planning, and implementation of change-management initiatives
- Develop change-management plans, identify impacts and stakeholders, and conduct and analyze surveys
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, data analytics, and communications across property-management systems
- Produce property-management lifecycle metrics
- Reconcile physical inventory results and research missing-property records
- Review contracts for Government Property requirements
- Conduct Property Management System health assessments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Anticipated graduation date on or after August 2027
- Ability to work full-time for 10–12 weeks during summer
- Passion for the aerospace industry and interest in a career at Boeing
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Previous business or related internships or work experience preferred
- Majoring in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Technical Management, or a related field preferred
- Ability to telecommute preferred
- Ability to relocate and work onsite preferred
- Some positions may require U.S. Citizenship to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Some positions require a “US Person” under 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 for Export Control compliance
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Ability to pass drug testing when applicable
- Ability to work first shift
