Key responsibilities & impact

Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements
Ensure safety and quality are embedded in plans and practices
Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics
Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems
Drive continuous improvement and innovation
Research and analyze performance reports to enhance process capability
Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits
Compile data for material review disposition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Work with a mentor on real-world safety and quality problems
Tour Boeing manufacturing and research facilities
Interact with company leaders
Attend networking events, development seminars, and executive engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation on or after August 2027
Available to work full-time for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027
Meet Export Control compliance as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
Employer will not sponsor employment visas
Preferred: major in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Operations, Project Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Management, Programming, Systems Engineering and Management, Engineering Technology, Information Technology, or related fields
Preferred: GPA of 3.0 or above
Preferred: previous internships, work experience, or student/civic organization involvement demonstrating leadership and teamwork
Passion for the aerospace industry
Willingness to relocate and work onsite at designated locations
Preferred: junior or senior class standing
Program management knowledge: project planning, leadership, supply chain/quality management, root cause analysis, corrective action, problem solving, systematic problem solving, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, presentation development, verbal communication, written communication, cross-functional collaboration, principles of management
