About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a 10–12 week Human Resources internship during Summer 2027
- Apply education to meaningful Human Resources projects
- Develop Human Resources acumen, business acumen, problem-solving, execution, and growth-mindset skills
- Tour Boeing manufacturing and research facilities
- Work directly with a mentor to solve real-world problems
- Interact with company leaders regarding Boeing strategy and future direction
- Build a professional network through social events and engaging activities
- Gain skills and knowledge for future leadership in the aerospace industry
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to work full-time for 10–12 weeks during Summer 2027
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at a college or university
- Expected graduation date on or after August 2027
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through education or relevant work experience
- Education or degree pursuit in Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations, Psychology, Business, Management, Analytics, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strong academic performance with a GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills preferred
- Leadership experience on teams and/or in student or civic organizations preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and enthusiasm related to Human Resources preferred
- Ability to work onsite at one of the listed location options
- Some positions may require U.S. Security Clearance eligibility and U.S. Citizenship
- Some positions require Export Control compliance and “US Person” status
- Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status
- Post-offer drug testing may apply
- First-shift availability
