About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant JavaScript/TypeScript applications using modern frontend frameworks
Own end-to-end frontend features from design and implementation through testing and delivery
Write and maintain unit and integration tests
Conduct constructive code reviews and mentor engineers on best practices
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend engineers, and QA
Use Git for source control and run CI/CD pipelines
Work in Docker-based development environments and coordinate with OS/DevOps teams
Monitor web standards, browser support, and emerging web platform features
Contribute to estimation, sprint planning, and continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
3+ years of professional frontend development experience
Experience with two or more JavaScript frameworks/libraries
English proficiency
Understanding of HTML5 and CSS3
Experience with Git and code review workflows
Experience writing frontend unit and integration tests, such as Jest, Testing Library, or Cypress
Strong proficiency with TypeScript
Experience with the React ecosystem, or frameworks such as Vue or Svelte
Experience with Docker-based containerized development environments
Knowledge of modern build tools, bundlers, and performance optimization
Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and frontend observability
Understanding of web application security best practices, including CSP, XSS mitigation, and secure cookie handling
Experience mentoring peers and leading technical design discussions
Must be locally hired in Poland
