About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and conduct audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products
- Document and report audit and assessment results
- Inspect or verify products for compliance with requirements
- Lead and conduct prevention and recovery activities within the supply base
- Assist with assessments of supplier capability and capacity to perform current or potential future work
- Provide supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 3+ years of experience preparing and presenting succinctly to teams, senior leadership, and external customers
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or cross-functional integration
- 3+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management
- 3+ years of experience with root cause analysis and corrective action (RCCA) and failure analysis
