About the role
- Install, operate, secure, and maintain dedicated IT Infrastructure
- Manage all aspects of a Linux environment, including scripting
- Analyze computing requirements
- Lead activities to install, configure, and maintain multi-platform systems
- Ensure systems conform to architectural objectives
- Perform restoration of complex computing service operations
- Integrate security solutions into information systems
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Security+, CISSP certification or equivalent Cyber Security certification within 6 months of employment
- 3+ years of experience in system administration tasks on Windows and Linux hosts
- 3+ years of experience with RHEL 6 or higher
- 3+ years of experience with Windows 7 or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Linux/RHEL
- Experience packaging and updating base Linux OS installations
- Experience with Kickstart Scripts, Bash, Puppet, Ansible
- Experience with security solutions (McAfee, Splunk, etc.)
