About the role

  • Provide Industrial Engineering and Lean deployment functional excellence within Boeing’s supply chain
  • Rapidly analyze, design, and implement sustainable production system improvements
  • Lead initiatives aimed at supporting on-time delivery, enhancing quality, and driving cost improvements
  • Collaborate with Boeing stakeholders and supplier leadership to plan and implement improvement projects
  • Train suppliers on a rapid process improvement framework
  • Work under general supervision with general instructions for special assignments
  • Manage, define, negotiate, and control the scope, cost, and timing of projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
  • 2+ years of experience applying advanced knowledge and application of industrial engineering principles to analyze and optimize supply chain processes and systems
  • 2+ years of experience working in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in project management, including leading cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives
  • Strong expertise in capacity planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
