About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of predictive maintenance solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Product Managers to integrate products into a unified user experience.
- Own the end-to-end product strategy.
- Lead and mentor other product managers to ensure alignment across teams.
- Utilize data tools to analyze and gain insights into user/customer needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Lead Product Manager, preferably in software or technology-driven environments.
- Experience leading integrated product teams and developing product roadmaps.
- Expertise in product discovery, agile delivery (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and iterative experimentation.
- Ability to demonstrate products, support customer inquiries, and train internal teams.
- Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
