About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Tier 1 - 3 functional and technical support for Oracle EBS Finance modules
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including data discrepancies, interface failures, and user access problems.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new features or system changes.
Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for developers or configuration changes.
Identify opportunities to automate manual financial processes to increase efficiency and reduce human error.
Assist in the configuration and testing of new Oracle EBS modules or patches.
Lead or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing comprehensive test scripts and managing the defect remediation process.
Support the integration of Oracle EBS with third-party financial tools, banking interfaces, or internal proprietary systems.
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including system configuration guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical design documents.
Create user manuals and deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure high adoption of system features and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of proven experience in a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst role, specifically supporting Oracle E-Business Suite
Deep understanding of core financial processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance module configuration.
Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
Understanding of ETL processes and data integration between Oracle and external systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
