About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle aircraft parts, tools, and related hardware in receiving areas
Ensure that the shop, tool rooms, and other customers are supplied with tools, equipment, and supplies
Receive, sort, store, kit, inventory, issue, release, route, locate, coordinate, prepare, and move materials for one or more assigned tasks
Support schedule revisions by coordinating the movement of all materials as required
Operate riding type electric powered elevating equipment to move material
Perform all tasks involved in ordering, receiving, recording, storing, checking, issuing, shipping, and releasing tools, shop supplies, materials, machine accessories, special tools, tooling, and support equipment

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of experience in materials management, warehousing, supply support, or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience using software applications for internet navigation, e-mail, Microsoft applications, and/or other specialized computer applications
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 pounds
Ability to walk constantly throughout the work shift (6+ hours) as well as carry and lift up to 25 pounds
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
