Requirements
- Must have a technical Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience leading architecture, data, technology, or software development teams.
- 10+ years of experience leading the development and execution of data strategies
- Must exhibit a high-level end-to-end understanding of data architecture, data transformation, data management, data modeling, data governance, and data products.
- 5+ years of experience developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Familiarity with business processes in engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and technical team members.
