About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own payroll data integrity, end-to-end mapping, reconciliations, and recurring/ ad-hoc reporting for payroll and timekeeping systems
- Design and maintain dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that surface exceptions, trends, and compliance risks
- Act as the payroll data Subject Matter Expert (SME) and first escalation point for data, reporting, and metrics issues
- Define data requirements and validate outcomes for system changes, integrations, and payroll deploys
- Train payroll operations and partners to read, use, and trust payroll data and reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or business intelligence
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
- 5+ years of experience leading stakeholders in analysis of process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions
