Key responsibilities & impact

Lead execution for the Advanced E-7 Engineering team
Manage employees and mid-level managers performing activities within multiple engineering disciplines
Develop and execute integrated organizational plans, policies, and procedures
Acquire resources for organizational activities, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements
Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports
Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Manage, develop, and motivate employees and mid-level managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications
10+ years of engineering experience
5+ years of management experience
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time both domestically and internationally
Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance (preferred)
