About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coach employees on detailed NDT inspection processes, testing techniques, and standards
  • Operate and coach the proper use of NDT test equipment (e.g. C-Scan, A-Scan), and other relevant technologies used in the NDT inspection process
  • Support onboarding and Structured On-the-Job Training (SOJT) for new hires
  • Conduct regular assessments of NDT skill and development capacity health, culture, and effectiveness
  • Deliver impactful 1:1 and group coaching sessions on the production floor and in classroom settings
  • Mentor and develop NDT talent to foster continuous learning and professional growth
  • Collaborate with BDS NDT leaders, NDT Level III personnel, and trainers to align development strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current or previous (last 2 years) Level II NDT certification in Radiography (RT)
  • 5 or more years of experience conducting NDT certification preparation training
  • 5 or more years of experience coaching and mentoring less experienced employees
  • 3 or more years experience working with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
