About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain software applications using Java, C/C++
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software
Create and manage user interfaces with HTML and JavaScript
Utilize Microsoft (MS) SQL Server and ORACLE databases for data management and retrieval
Implement messaging patterns to enhance application scalability
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Build and integrate complex software tools to enhance the product's reliability and scalability
Support the setting up of development and production environments, deployment of application devices
Develop best practices/methodologies for provisioning, platform scaling, configuration management, monitoring and troubleshooting

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
3+ years of experience programming in C, C++ or C#
3+ years of experience developing software solutions in the Java programming language
3+ years of experience working with shell scripting in a Linux/Unix hosting environment
1+ years of experience using PowerShell
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
5+ years of experience with Windows batch scripting (preferred)
3+ years experience using JSON (preferred)
Experience in an agile work environment (preferred)
Experience with code management and continuous integration/delivery processes and tools like GitLab, Azure, and DevOps (preferred)
Experience with Angular framework (preferred)
Experience with cloud services and deployment (preferred)
Experience with CAD/CAM Engineering and migrating CAD data to other formats (preferred)
Experience with RESTful API development (preferred)
Experience communicating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across all development roles and levels, with clear calls to action (preferred)
