Key responsibilities & impact

Monitors and manages system tickets through resolution
Conducts business requirements review, coordinates testing schedules, and assists in the preparation of test scripts
Communicates with information technology organizations to represent customers and functional users on project requirements
Assists with coordination of reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation
Facilitates cross-functional efforts around key business processes
Assists in the collection, analysis, and documentation of requirements under limited oversight
Engages effectively with customers and/or charter projects, designs process workshops, and communicates information to affected stakeholders
Influences and acts as a change agent
Schedules and plans assigned work
Contributes to specific programs, projects, and implementation activities
Collects task status and creates visibility materials of projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
3+ years of experience with SAP or any other ERP system
7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
3+ years of experience in production operations or a support role involving end user/customer support for IT systems (preferred)
3+ years of experience with SAP (preferred)
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools (preferred)
3+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management (preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
