About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Single and Twin Aisle SST Operations organization with managing resource requests for SST personnel
Lead integration efforts with Production IE teams
Prioritize incoming requests for production support
Develop resource plans and create labor estimates
Manage crew cycling schedules
Analyze changes to approved plans resulting from unplanned events
Assess the impact of the changes that occur to cost, schedule, resources, and delivery
Participate in negotiations representing Production and Tooling Operations to support schedule commitments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics or Math
3+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 2)
6+ years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing and/or production environment (level 3) preferred
3+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
3+ years of experience working in a team environment
3+ years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing with knowledge of lean principles
3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
