Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all procurement activities and keep the business operations running efficiently
Manage a team of professionals responsible for tracking supplier engineering build data
Oversee the management of Boeing owned tooling at supplier sites
Provide oversight and support for the maintenance of BCA Supply Chain legacy procurement systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve common computing system issues
Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency within the supply chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
3+ years of experience supporting the development and/or implementation of new business processes or tools in a large and complex business environment
3+ years of experience demonstrating executive presence with exceptional written and oral communication skills
3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role or have completed Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
