About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of high-impact software training programs, managing stakeholder alignment and priorities
- Partner to develop and execute strategies to improve training effectiveness, operational performance, and return on investment
- Partner with software development, operations, and support teams to identify knowledge gaps, analyze trends, and support business initiatives such as new software releases and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop compliant, high-quality training content and materials
- Communicate program goals, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels through clear written and verbal communication, including presentations to leadership
- Establish and maintain frameworks for standardized training processes, including needs assessment, and content development
- Manage webinars to enhance and optimize the customer learning experience through this delivery modality
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience managing, designing, and implementing learning or training program in a technical or software environment
- 10+ years of experience analyzing training needs and measuring program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data
- 10+ years of program or project management experience leading end-to-end training program deliveries
- 10+ years of experience collaborating with stakeholders, including internal leadership and external customers
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms, webinar tools, and learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong data analysis skills to identify training needs and measure program impact
- Expertise designing and managing scalable software training solutions aligned with business objectives and regulatory standards
- Ability to balance training quality and cost considerations while meeting key performance indicators
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
