About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the vision, strategy, and execution of predictive maintenance solutions.
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Influence product direction and strategy through collaboration and thought leadership.
- Utilize data tools to analyze and gain insights into product usage.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ensure competitive advantage through pricing models.
- Lead and mentor product managers, ensuring strategy alignment across teams.
- Foster collaborative relationships with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
- Measure user satisfaction and track performance metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years’ experience as a Product Manager or Lead Product Manager, preferably in software or technology-driven environments.
- Proven experience leading integrated product teams and developing product roadmaps.
- Strong expertise in product discovery, agile delivery (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), and iterative experimentation.
- Understanding business functions including marketing, sales, finance, legal, compliance, and privacy.
- Experience working with SaaS delivery and cloud-based technology environments is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate products, support customer inquiries, and train internal teams.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada.
- Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods.
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
